What can I do for free?
Build, edit and preview the whole quote. Only PDF download and client email require an active $15/month Pro plan. The on-screen preview carries a Preview watermark.
Do I still assess the job?
No. You supply the quantities, rates, tax treatment and job details. Templates are editable starting points, not a site inspection or legal or tax advice.
Where is my draft saved?
In this browser’s local storage. It does not sync across devices. Clearing site data removes it. When you download or send, the quote is sent to our server to build the PDF; we do not store the quote there.
Can I edit the wording?
Yes. Edit scope, exclusions and payment terms to suit the work you’ve agreed. Review them before sending.
Cancel or change devices?
Use “Manage or cancel plan” in the tool. On a new device, use Restore access with your checkout email to receive a sign-in link. Your draft remains on the original browser.
How is tax calculated?
The rate you enter applies to the subtotal after markup, including both labor and materials. Verify that this fits your jurisdiction and job before sending a quote.
